Look 'N' Lease is a next-generation leasing app and marketing platform designed to simplify the leasing for both Lessors and Lessees. We combine pre-recorded video tours, virtual showings, automated scheduling, AI-powered communication, and marketing tools to streamline lead-to-lease conversions.

2. What's the Founding Member Offer?

Founding Members get up to 50% off our future monthly and annual subscription price- for life. You'll also get 30 days free review when we launch, priority onboarding & support, founding member recognition, and direct input input into feature development.

3. How much does it cost to become a Founding Member?

$197/year (separate from the leasing app and marketing platform)

4. What happens after I sign up?

You'll receive a confirmation email, receipt for purchase, and be added to our Founding Member Circle for early access updates, sneak peeks, and feedback opportunities. When we launch, you'll get your 30-day free review automatically before billing resumes.

5. What if I change my mind?

No problem. You'll have 30 days after full launch to review the full platform for free. If it's not a fit, cancel within the review window. In fact you can Cancel anytime. (No refunds on digital products/services)

6. When does Look 'N' Lease launch?

We're finalizing the app and platform now with help from our early partners. First we will release a prototype, after feedback from the prototype we will work on the MVP (minimum viable product) which is expected to launch in Fall/Winter 2025. Full launch will happen by Summer 2026. As a Founding Member, you'll get early feature access and updates ahead of public release.
